1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

3.5 KYC Verification

4 Account Responsibilities

4.1 Security of Credentials

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

12 Amendments to These Terms

sz777a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email notification and in-platform notice no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where earlier implementation is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the sz777a platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through informal means, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts of the Philippines, or by such alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as may be specified by PAGCOR from time to time.

13.3 Regulatory Complaints

Players who believe sz777a has breached its PAGCOR licensing obligations may file a complaint directly with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation through PAGCOR's official regulatory channels. sz777a fully cooperates with all PAGCOR investigations and regulatory inquiries.
